Initial appointments occur in-person.

This clinic strives to understand you, your symptoms, and what matters most to you. An in-depth understanding of who you are will guide a treatment plan to optimize your psychiatric and emotional well-being.
A collaborative approach
Mental and physical health are closely connected. This clinic will work with your primary care provider and, when appropriate, specialists to provide you with comprehensive and coordinated care.
Brief Telephone Call for Prospective Patients
We will have a conversation to better understand your situation and determine if we are a good fit.
During our initial conversation, we will briefly discuss your current state, medical and psychiatric history, clinic services, insurance status, and options moving forward.
If I do not think that my clinic is a good fit for your needs, I am happy to provide you with information about other providers.
Our cash rates
Intake Appointment
All intake appointments occur in person. During this appointment, we will discuss your current symptoms and functioning, your psychiatric and medical history, and unique lived experiences. Together, we will develop a treatment plan that feels like a good fit.

Psychiatric Follow-Up Visits
Psychiatric follow-up visits will occur either in person or via telehealth. At these 25 or 45 minutes visits, we will review your mental health and treatment goals to guide medication management and/or talk therapy.
Medication-Only (e.g., 25 min): $150
Medication and Psychotherapy (e.g., 45 min): $250 Get started

This clinic accepts Aetna, Excellus BlueCross BlueShield, MVP, United Healthcare, and “traditional” Medicare (i.e., no Medicare Advantage plans except for those administered by Aetna, Excellus, MVP, and United Healthcare).
Is your plan not on the list? This clinic also accepts payments via credit card and can provide an invoice (AKA superbill) for you to submit to your insurance company for possible partial reimbursement.
